I'm a Culture and Learning advocate, Leader, Facilitator of diverse classes/workshops/trainings, in the area of Collaboration, Team environment, Communication, Creativity, Unconsious Bias, Intentional Leadership, etc.

I'm inspired and passionate about creating spaces for people to discover their dreams and abilities, and to support them to find their own agency and voice. I highly believe in "listen first act second" value which allows me to deeply understand the situation and then to offer a supportive ideas and solutions.
